Tappa is a trip photo map for iPhone. This policy explains what the app does with your information. Short version: it stays on your phone.

What Tappa collects

Nothing. Tappa has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. We do not run servers that receive your data, and we do not sell or share any information about you.

What stays on your device

Apple services

Tappa uses Apple Maps to show maps and to search for and name places. Those requests go to Apple and are covered by Apple's privacy policy. Tappa does not send them your photos or trips.

Sharing

Nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share it. When you share a trip image or export a trip file, you decide where it goes, using iOS's standard share sheet.

Deleting your data

Delete a trip in the app (long-press it on the home screen) to remove it and its photo copies. Deleting the app removes everything. Your original photos in the Photos app are never changed or deleted.

Children

Tappa does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
